About Jonothan Bryant:
Our Managing Director; Jonothan Bryant has had a long and varied career in and out of the motor-trade. After finishing his motor-vehicle engineering studies in London, he went into sales and quickly established himself as someone who builds long-term, fruitful relationships with his clients. This “long-term” view of business also stood him in good stead for a range of management and leadership roles over the coming decades.
He has been an award-winning business manager, Sales manager, and General Manager / Dealer Principal. He has been based in London, Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne and has worked with quite a diverse range of brands (Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Saab, and Holden/HSV) and in short has been involved with the motor-trade for over 30 years!

Whatever role Jonothan has held he has always been a “people-person” and is very adept at recruiting and developing the right person for the role – which is the key to the success of Call to Action. We look for the personality and cultural fit as much as we do on the technical skill-set when matching up candidates with potential employers.
He has also held various board positions in the Motor-trade, and in the Property / finance industry, owned and operated his own businesses (including Call to Action) for several years.

About Tony Doulman:
Tony has had almost 20 years experience in the Motor Industry. Tony started as a pre-owned sales person with Mercedes Benz of Brisbane and progressed to an assistant Sales manager, to Sales Manager to General Sales Manager in his career. During his career he has interviewed and employed many successful staff in the Motor Industry. He is very well conversant with the qualities required in a successful employee, as well as understanding how costly hiring the wrong candidate can also be.
The time taken to advertise, compile the applications, short list and interview potential candidates takes an enormous amount of time, time that could be better spent ensuring all customers are dealt with effectively and sold and delivered a car.
